We tend to over-complicate waaayyy too much! Vaseline has been and still is a tried + true staple of my everyday life...and it has to be that brand, though! Anything else, and my skin denies full access!
Doesn’t get much simpler than Vaseline! I was trying to find the Vaseline commercial with Regina King where she says her grandmother’s soft skin secret was Vaseline. When I first saw the commercial I remember thinking that might very well be a true story and not a script. I wanted to link it in the post but couldn’t find it. I found others with Regina but not that one.
I remember that one...it felt soft + real. Again, nothing works better on our dry skin than a good 'ol blue-topped container of Vaseline...or the glass bottle with the tin top if we're reflecting that far back! We need to do our own commercial!
